Soccer Recap: Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Starts off Right with Win over Person + How To Watch

Southern School of Energy and Sustainability gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Person Rockets. Joseth Banegas was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Person's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southern School of Energy and Sustainability will square off against Southeast Alamance at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Person, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northern Durham at 6:00 p.m. on September 8.
