Le Roy has gone 8-2 against Geneseo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Oatkan Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Blue Devils at 4:30 p.m. Le Roy will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Wednesday, Le Roy beat Warsaw 11-7.

Meanwhile, Geneseo hadn't done well against Letchworth recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Blue Devils sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Legends.

Adelyn McDonald spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on four hits and racked up 13 Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than 11 strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Evie Warner, who went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, one run, and one double. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Emily Metz also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Le Roy's record now sits at 7-3. As for Geneseo, their record is now 10-3.

Le Roy came up short against Geneseo in their previous matchup back in April, falling 4-1. Can the Oatkan Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
