Elbert's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the War Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

Elbert walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 22-25, 25-15, 25-23.

Paisley Vandergriff paced Elbert's offense, picking up 15 kills. Vandergriff got some help from Jadyn Schmidt and her 36 assists. Schmidt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Elbert's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Liberty Tree Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Elbert nor Liberty Tree Academy have any future games scheduled.
