Baseball Recap: Southlands Christian Takes a Loss

Southlands Christian and Coast Union squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Southlands Christian had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 7-5. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southlands Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Coast Union, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-7.

Southlands Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Coast Union, they will face off against Loma Linda Academy at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Roadrunners will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something the Broncos surely won't give up without a fight.
