Jordan hadn't done well against Apex Friendship recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Falcons had just enough and edged out the Patriots 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in August.

Jordan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 20-25, 25-18, 25-17, 15-11.

Ella Baggett paced Jordan's offense, picking up 18 kills. Baggett got some help from Macie Herman and her 17 assists. Baggett was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Jordan pushed their record up to 10-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Apex Friendship, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.

Jordan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Green Hope on the 25th. As for Apex Friendship, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Apex on the 25th.
