Soccer Game Preview: Clermont Northeastern vs. Bishop Fenwick

The Clermont Northeastern Rockets will venture away from home to square off against the Bishop Fenwick Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Clermont Northeastern is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Seven Hills just ended the team's five-match winning streak last Tuesday. They lost 6-0 to the Stingers. While losing is never fun, Clermont Northeastern can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 304th, while Seven Hills are ranked 149th).

Meanwhile, Bishop Fenwick came up short against Cincinnati Christian on Thursday and fell 4-2. That's two games in a row now that Bishop Fenwick have lost by exactly two goals.

Bishop Fenwick's loss dropped their record down to 5-11-1. As for Clermont Northeastern, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-3-3.
