Basketball Recap: Thursday's Win Is North Summit's 17th in Last 18 Outings

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but North Summit had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They came out on top against the Enterprise Wolves by a score of 51-41. This was a revenge game for the Braves: when they faced off against the Wolves back in December of 2024, they had to take a 58-56 loss.

Trevor Richins was his usual excellent self, en route to 28 points and five rebounds. That's the most points he has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Buck Sargent, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 13 boards.

North Summit has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points over those games. Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 15-12.

North Summit has already played their next contest, a 56-47 loss against South Sevier on the 21st. As for Enterprise, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-38 victory against Draper APA on the 21st.
