Baseball Recap: Poly Comes Up Short

Poly saw some tournament action on Thursday. They fell just short of the Olympian Eagles by a score of 9-7. The Parrots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Poly's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Olympian, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Poly will be playing in front of their home fans against Kennedy at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Olympian, they are taking a road trip to challenge Mira Mesa at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
