Softball Recap: Orangeville Comes Up Short

After flying high against South Beloit on Thursday, Orangeville came back down to earth. The Broncos came up short against the Two Rivers Purple Raiders on Saturday, falling 8-2.

Orangeville's defeat dropped their record down to 21-6. As for Two Rivers, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Orangeville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 loss against Dakota on the 15th. As for Two Rivers, they have also already played their next contest, a 5-0 victory against Brillion on the 12th.
