Softball Recap: Southwest SD Raiders vs. Montgomery Aztecs
Southwest SD was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 24-13 to the Montgomery Aztecs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Aztecs this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-14 defeat on Monday.
Romina Diaz made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with four stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Alana DeBaca, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.
Southwest SD's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Montgomery, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-10 record this season.

As for Montgomery, they will take on Castle Park at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Aztecs are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
