Interlachen won the last time they faced West Port and things went their way on Friday too. The Rams walked away with an 8-3 win over the Wolf Pack. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rams.

Cason Turner was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Turner wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Jerrett Cribbs, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2. That's the most runs Cribbs has posted since back in February.

Interlachen always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .556. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Interlachen's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for West Port, they dropped their record down to 3-21 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home.

Interlachen didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 8-7 win against P.K. Yonge on the 14th. As for West Port, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Spruce Creek on the 15th.
