Baseball Recap: Eagle's View Drops Season-High Score on Parsons Christian Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eagle's View). They blew past the Parsons Christian Academy Lions 19-3 on Friday. With that win, the Warriors brought their scoring average up to 7.1 runs per game.

Lukas Presely looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Eagle's View is 2-1 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 4-5 otherwise.

At the plate, Tyson Brown was incredible, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits. Another player making a difference was Clayton Friidall, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3.

The victory got Eagle's View back to even at 6-6. As for Parsons Christian Academy, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eagle's View will square off against Covenant School of Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games Covenant School of Jacksonville has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Parsons Christian Academy, they will take on Harvest Community at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Harvest Community is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.
