Softball Recap: Appleton West Comes Up Short

Appleton West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Neenah Rockets, falling 15-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-0 on Friday.

Appleton West's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Neenah, they now have a winning record of 9-8.

Looking ahead, Appleton West will face off against Oshkosh West at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neenah has already played their next game (against Menasha), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
