Basketball Recap: Suffolk Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Suffolk Christian Academy was the 57-34 winner over Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Suffolk Christian Academy Knights fell 52-42 to Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy on Monday. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Suffolk Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Luke Ott, who posted 24 points. The matchup was Ott's 14th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nathan Jones, who put up seven points.

Suffolk Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6.

Suffolk Christian Academy will face off against Victory Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Yeshivas Aish Kodesh Talmudical Academy, they will take on Oaktree Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
