Soccer Game Preview: Mt. Spokane vs. Central Valley + How To Watch

The Mt. Spokane Wildcats will take on the Central Valley Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Central Valley took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Mt. Spokane, who comes in off a win.

Mt. Spokane is headed into the matchup having not lost since September 18 and will look to keep things rolling. They came out on top against University by a score of 4-2 on Monday. The win continues a trend for Mt. Spokane in their matchups with University: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Central Valley entered their contest against Mead on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bears lost 5-0 to the Panthers. While losing is never fun, Central Valley can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 164th, while Mead are ranked 32nd).

Mt. Spokane's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-3. As for Central Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-1.

Mt. Spokane was able to grind out a solid win over Central Valley in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 4-2. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
