Volleyball Game Preview: Ralston Rams vs. Malcolm Clippers

Ralston is 0-3 against Malcolm since October of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Rams are taking a road trip to square off against the Clippers at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Ralston lost 3-0 to Ashland-Greenwood on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-12, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Malcolm didn't have quite enough to beat Platteview on Thursday and fell 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Malcolm sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 27-29, 15-12.

Malcolm's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7. As for Ralston, their loss dropped their record down to 1-26.

Ralston might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Malcolm when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
