Football Game Preview: Narrows vs. Holston

Narrows have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Holston at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game.

After a string of three wins, Narrows's good fortune finally ran out two weeks ago. They were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap, as they fell 7-12 to Giles. Narrows' low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Holston didn't have too much trouble with Rural Retreat last Friday as they won 33-14. The success made it back-to-back wins for Holston.

Narrows took the match and then some with a 50-0 win the last time the two teams met over Holston. Will Narrows repeat their success, or does Holston have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
