The Lawson Lightning will head out on the road to square off against the Chester County Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lawson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.6 runs per game this season.

Lawson heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Friday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of White House. The Lightning's defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Lawson saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mario Craig, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Chester County waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 16-2 win. Considering the Eagles have won 12 contests by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Chester County's victory bumped their record up to 21-9. As for Lawson, their loss dropped their record down to 22-11.
