Stafford's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles by a score of 3-1. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Stafford walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-18, 22-25, 25-18, 25-8.

Jennifer Amady-Sydney paced Stafford's offense, picking up ten kills. Amady-Sydney got some help from Elizabeth Girmachew and her 21 assists. Girmachew was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Stafford's win bumped their record up to 11-18. As for Fort Bend Willowridge, their loss dropped their record down to 10-16.

Stafford has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Royal on the 7th. Fort Bend Willowridge has also already played their next matchup (against Harmony School of Innovation), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
