Soccer Recap: Mountain Ridge Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Mountain Ridge was forced to settle for a draw. They and the Williams Field Black Hawks finished up their game with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

With that draw, Mountain Ridge's record moves to 6-2-1. Meanwhile, Williams Field's record is now 4-4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain Ridge will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Valley Vista at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025. Williams Field also won't see the pitch for a while: their next contest is against Arizona College Prep at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
