Recap: Plattsburg Tigers vs. North Platte Panthers
The Plattsburg Tigers can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They breezed by North Platte at home to the tune of 81-50. The win was familiar territory for Plattsburg who now have three in a row.
Michael "isaia" Howard continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a triple-double on 43 points, 12 rebounds, and nine steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Plattsburg's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylan Langton, who scored ten points along with six assists and four steals.
Plattsburg has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. As for North Platte, they dropped their record down to 15-6 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Plattsburg will be playing in front of their home fans against Penney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Plattsburg's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three matches. As for North Platte, they will be playing in front of their home fans against King City at 5:45 p.m. on Monday. North Platte is facing King City at the right time seeing as King City is stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
