Glenbard South lost to Rolling Meadows back in August of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Raiders narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Mustangs 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raiders.

Glenbard South was actually outscored in aggregate across those three sets (52-50), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 10-25, 15-9.

Glenbard South's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Rolling Meadows, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-1.

Glenbard South has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Larkin on the 2nd. As for Rolling Meadows, they will square off against Wheeling at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last four games the Wildcats have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
