Soccer Recap: Cheyenne Mountain Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Cheyenne Mountain was not quite Niwot's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Cheyenne Mountain have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Cheyenne Mountain and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Niwot, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Cheyenne Mountain has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Coronado on the 29th. As for Niwot, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Steamboat Springs on the 30th.
