Soccer Recap: Davenport West Comes Up Short

Davenport West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Orion/Sherrard United, falling 6-0.

Davenport West's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Orion/Sherrard, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Coming up, Davenport West will challenge Bettendorf at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Orion/Sherrard, they will square off against Limestone at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
