Softball Recap: P.K. Yonge Blue Wave vs. Bradford Tornadoes

After flying high against Cedar Key last Tuesday, P.K. Yonge came back down to earth. The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave fell 14-9 to the Bradford Tornadoes on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blue Wave of the 17-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2019.

Emma Mansfield and Brianna Garrison did some serious damage despite the final result: Mansfield scored a run while going 1-for-2, while Garrison went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.
