Basketball Game Preview: Steubenville Big Red vs. Carrollton Warriors

Steubenville is 0-3 against Carrollton since January of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Steubenville Big Red will take on the Carrollton Warriors at 7:00 p.m. Steubenville will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Steubenville is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Weir on Thursday as Steubenville made off with a 75-50 win. The Big Red have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Carrollton's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They lost to West Branch at home by a 45-31 margin.

Steubenville is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.2 points per game. As for Carrollton, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-4.

Steubenville might still be hurting after the 66-46 loss they got from Carrollton when the teams last played back in March of 2024.
