Basketball Recap: Cardinal O'hara's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Cardinal O'Hara posted their biggest win since January 6, 2024 on Saturday. Everything went their way against the West Seneca East Trojans as the Cardinal O'Hara Hawks made off with a 61-36 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Hawks as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

When it comes to explaining why West Seneca East lost, don't look at Craig Leslie. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 17 en route to 16 points and six rebounds. Isaac Irizarry also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.
