Volleyball Recap: Pomeroy Find Success

Pomeroy posted their closest win since September 6, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Kendrick Tigers 2-1. For the Pirates, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

Pomeroy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Kendrick, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Pomeroy has already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Prairie on the 4th. As for Kendrick, they will face off against Timberline at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
