Football Game Preview: Lake Placid Dragons vs. DeSoto County Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Lake Placid Dragons will square off against the DeSoto County Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Lake Placid and 13 for DeSoto County dating back to last season.

On Friday, Lake Placid had to suffer through a 42-13 loss at the hands of Gateway.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for DeSoto County's offense. They were beaten by Mulberry 36-0 on Friday.

Lake Placid's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for DeSoto County, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Lake Placid's way against DeSoto County in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Lake Placid made off with a 54-29 victory. In that matchup, the Dragons amassed a halftime lead of 27-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
