After flying high against Vincent Memorial on Thursday, Calexico came back down to earth. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rancho Bernardo Broncos on Friday. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Calexico's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Rancho Bernardo, they moved to 9-11 with that victory, which also ended their six-match losing streak.
