Baseball Recap: Lincoln Park Academy Takes a Loss

Lincoln Park Academy and Aubrey Rogers squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Lincoln Park Academy had to settle for second. They lost 12-2 to the Patriots. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Greyhounds couldn't push the score so high this time.

Lincoln Park Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Aubrey Rogers, they pushed their record up to 21-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Lincoln Park Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Aubrey Rogers, they will square off against Avon Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight.
