Basketball Recap: Page County Comes Up Short

Page County was the 54-51 winner over Central Woodstock when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Page County Panthers took a 43-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Woodstock Falcons on Monday.

Page County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Central Woodstock, they pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Page County won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Stonewall Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Woodstock, they will be playing at home against Rappahannock County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
