Soccer Recap: Tempe Prep Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gilbert Classical Academy, Tempe Prep was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lincoln Prep Lightning a 4-0 shutout. Tempe Prep might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by three goals or more this season.

Tempe Prep now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Lincoln Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Tempe Prep will be home for the holidays to greet Chandler Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln Prep, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rancho Solano Prep at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2026.
