Basketball Recap: Fort Loramie Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Fort Loramie won against Emmanuel Christian on Tuesday with 48 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Fort Loramie Redskins beat the Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 48-46. The victory was nothing new for the Redskins as they're now sitting on three straight.

Fort Loramie's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dj Barhorst led the charge by putting up 12 points and three steals. Barhorst continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ean Grillot, who posted 12 points.

Fort Loramie's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-12. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, they moved to 18-5 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Fort Loramie has already played their next game, a 38-32 loss against Franklin Monroe on the 28th. Emmanuel Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
