Volleyball Recap: Analy's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Analy had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Richmond Oilers on Saturday.

Sophia Broadbent-Bell was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had eight digs and seven aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last seven games.

Broadbent-Bell wasn't the only good server: Analy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive matches.

Analy's record is now 9-5. As for Richmond, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 8-3 record.

Analy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Pinole Valley on the 20th. As for Richmond, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against San Ramon Valley on the 20th.
