Volleyball Recap: Millbrook Find Success

Millbrook lost to Our Lady of Lourdes back in October of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Blazers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21.

Millbrook's offense was headlined by Nina Lapine and Serena Bunga, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Sara Choka and her 12 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Millbrook didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 loss against Valley Central on the 30th. As for Our Lady of Lourdes, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marlboro Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
