South Greene had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 63-61 victory over the West Greene Buffaloes. Given the Rebels' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while the Buffaloes are ranked 225th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
