Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Metea Valley). Everything went their way against the DeKalb Barbs on Tuesday as they made off with a 9-0 victory. The win continues a trend for Metea Valley in their matchups with DeKalb: they've now won six in a row.

Metea Valley's offense was hitting DeKalb from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Mckenna Wigfield led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Metea Valley's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for DeKalb, their loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-15.
