Salem had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Piney Woods Tornadoes.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Salem took both sets by at least 17 points. The final score came out to 25-1, 25-8.

Salem's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Piney Woods, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Salem beat the Tornadoes by a score of 2-0 later that day.
