Softball Game Preview: South Pike Eagles vs. Lumberton Panthers

The South Pike Eagles will face off against the Lumberton Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. South Pike is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

South Pike came up short against Franklin County on Thursday, falling 16-4.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 11 runs the game before, Lumberton was a bit more limited in their game last Thursday. They lost 13-1 to Salem. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

South Pike's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Lumberton, they now have a losing record of 3-4-1.
