Pullman's season-opener on Thursday wasn't quite what the team was looking for considering the end result. Neither they nor the Lakeside Eagles could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.

Looking ahead, Pullman will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Cheney at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lakeside, they are taking a road trip to challenge Northwest Christian School at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
