Soccer Game Preview: Parkland vs. East Forsyth + How To Watch

The Parkland Mustangs will take on the East Forsyth Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Parkland and six for East Forsyth.

Parkland lost 10-2 to R.J. Reynolds on Wednesday. Parkland were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 8-0.

Meanwhile, East Forsyth managed to keep up with West Forsyth until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Eagles came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, East Forsyth can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 230th, while West Forsyth are ranked 13th).

Parkland's loss dropped their record down to 3-15-1. As for East Forsyth, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12-1.

Parkland skirted past East Forsyth 2-1 in their previous matchup back in September. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
