Basketball Recap: Whitefish Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Whitefish can now relate to. They lost 96-71 to the Frenchtown Broncs on Saturday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Broncs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Whitefish's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Frenchtown, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Whitefish didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 69-61 loss against Browning on the 22nd. As for Frenchtown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hamilton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frenchtown has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 255 points over their last three matchups.
