Basketball Recap: Oak Creek Comes Up Short

Oak Creek lost against Pius XI Catholic back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Oak Creek Knights took a 54-35 bruising from the Pius XI Catholic Popes. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 85th, while the Popes are ranked 25th).

This is the second loss in a row for Oak Creek and nudges their season record down to 15-9. As for Pius XI Catholic, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-5.

As of now, neither Oak Creek nor Pius XI Catholic have any future games scheduled.
