Volleyball Recap: Round Lake Takes a Loss

Round Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Belvidere Bucs. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Bucs when the teams met back in September of 2017, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Round Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Belvidere, they moved to 5-19 with that win, which also ended their 11-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, Round Lake is taking a road trip to face off against Alden-Hebron at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Belvidere, they will square off against Hononegah at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
