            Volleyball Recap: Snow Canyon Warriors vs. Uintah Utes        
        
		
        
        
            Snow Canyon gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Friday. They walked away with  a   3-1  victory over the Uintah Utes. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered  a  2-0  defeat the last time these two teams met.
 Snow Canyon walked away with the   win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 24-26, 25-18,  25-22.
 Tali Tupe paced Snow Canyon's offense, picking up 21 kills. Tupe got some help from  Solaya Barker-Winton and her 33 assists. Tupe was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with six aces.
 Despite the  loss, Uintah had strong showings from  Kenadie Maughan, who  had ten  kills and ten  blocks, and  Madison Fisher, who  had ten  blocks and seven  kills.
Uintah dropped their record down to 0-2 with the  defeat, which was their sixth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Snow Canyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  match,  a  3-0  loss against Mountain View on the 8th. As for Uintah, they have also already played their next game,  a  3-0  victory against Manti on the 8th.
