Rector is 8-2 against Bay since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Cougars will look to defend their home field against the Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Rector is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 12 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Corning on Thursday. They came up short against the Bobcats, falling 13-2.

Meanwhile, Bay lost 26-14 to Westside on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Bay's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Rector, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
