Volleyball Recap: Pinecrest Academy Cadence Comes Up Short

Pinecrest Academy Cadence's tournament run continued when they took on GV Christian on Saturday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Guardians.

Zanai Jackson paced Pinecrest Academy Cadence's offense, picking up seven kills. Jackson got some help from Alessandra Chamnong and her eight assists. Chamnong also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Isabelle Arnold, racking up two apiece.

Pinecrest Academy Cadence's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for GV Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.
