They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Emerson Vo-Tech 70-67. Jamanye Corbett was his usual excellent self, scoring 34 points. He hasn't dropped below 15points for five straight games. Luis Torres was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
The win makes it two in a row for Western New York Maritime Charter and bumps their season record up to 3-10. As for Emerson Vo-Tech, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Western New York Maritime Charter will be playing in front of their home fans against Rochester Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
