Lincoln-Way Central waltzed into their match on Saturday with 18 straight wins... but they left with 19. They came out on top against the Mundelein Mustangs by a score of 8-5.
Jalese Hays looked comfortable as she tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
